When can I receive the product after order?
You can generally receive the products within 1 week ~ 1 month and it may differ depends on the products.
What is the free warranty period?
All products except disposable products can get free warranty within 3 months after purchase. Stress view device ; in case of Telometer, it can get free warranty up to 1 year and there may be repair charge for damage and breakdown caused by customer’s carelessness.
How do I order products?
After confirming the estimate through phone, meeting and e-mail, you can send official purchase order via e-mail. In the case of the first purchase, 1 copy of registration certificate for business is needed additionally.
When is the available time for product consultation?
All wired/wireless inquiries are available from 09:00 to 18:00 during weekdays excluding weekends and holidays.
